What we Do...
Join a small group on a running Tour of Boothbay Harbor, Maine. This is a great way to get your daily run in while learning about our quaint town. The topics can be tailored to your interests and will include local restaurants, activities, sculptures, some history, and local landmarks. The runs begin in “downtown” Boothbay Harbor, in Whale Park, next to the public restrooms. This is within walking distance of most hotels, and is located near the town public pier. We will run for ~ 1 (+/-) hour. Run package options include the "Quintessential Tour" around town, covering 4-5 miles. Pricing is for individuals or couples registering together. The slightly longer, “Off the Beaten Path” tour covers most of the downtown sites as well as some local parks and trails. A “Custom Run” can be requested for a private group and tailored to your specific interests. Local landmarks we may pass include: Captain Brown, Barrett’s Park, a height of land overlooking Boothbay Harbor, the Harbor Footbridge, Dunton's Doghouse, an Historic Boatyard, Fishermen’s Memorial Park, local parks and trails and the Tugboat Inn.
